After more than 40 years in the hospitality industry, owning, operating, and managing over 100 restaurants across the country, Gregg understands that great service is about listening, being available, and always finding a way to get to “yes.” He began his real estate career in 2022, carrying that same client-first philosophy into every transaction. He believes there is no request too small and no question that should go unanswered. Whether picking up the phone, solving a problem, or connecting clients with the right resources, he is committed to being available and responsive every step of the way. His approach is simple: when he takes care of his clients and their needs, the right outcomes naturally follow.

Throughout his career, Gregg has embraced opportunity and connection, living in Fiji for two years, starting a software company, consulting with multiple businesses, and building meaningful relationships along the way. That openness to meeting people and saying “yes” continues to shape how he works with clients today. Gregg serves buyers and sellers throughout the region and is always willing to go where his clients need him. He has closed transactions in communities including Gold Beach, Washougal, Sandy, Astoria, Rockaway Beach, Aumsville, and Rainier, and enjoys traveling to meet people where they are.

In addition to his real estate work, Gregg is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and has ICF credentials, bringing a thoughtful, client-centered perspective to every interaction. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find him golfing with friends, playing pickleball, or enjoying the outdoors hiking and walking.
