Full Listing Coordination: Includes scheduling design consultations and professional photography, preparing and launching MLS listings, managing marketing materials and post-launch updates, and collecting HOA documents and Home Energy Scores.

Once you sign your independent contractor agreement, our admin team guides you through the Oregon Real Estate Agency eLicense portal. It’s a digital process that takes minutes, and we help coordinate the transfer of your active listings so there is no downtime.
