Grant Gustafson is a Southwest Washington native, born and raised in the communities he now proudly serves. With deep local roots, he brings firsthand knowledge of the area’s neighborhoods, market trends, and what makes the region such a great place to live. 

Real estate has always been a part of Grant’s life. Growing up with his mom as a realtor and surrounded by family members in the industry, he developed an early understanding of the business and the importance of putting clients first. That background, combined with his natural value for building relationships, led him to pursue a career in real estate.

Grant takes a low-pressure, relationship-driven approach to his work. He prioritizes getting to know his clients, understanding their goals, and learning their stories so he can guide them with clarity and confidence. He believes that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction, it’s a major life decision that deserves thoughtful guidance and genuine care.

Before entering real estate, Grant worked in nonprofit leadership development, where he built strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and helping people navigate complex decisions. He holds both a bachelor’s degree and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington, where he developed a passion for finding solutions to big, complex problems, an approach he brings into every client relationship.

Grant is dual licensed in Washington and Oregon, allowing him to seamlessly serve clients on both sides of the river. Whether working with buyers or sellers, he is committed to providing a thoughtful, relationship-focused experience from start to finish.
