Brody Cannon began his career as a Real estate agent in 2018, and he serves the greater Portland area. He is passionate about his community and works with all demographics, including first-time homebuyers, retirees, investors, and luxury clientele. Portland’s personality is appealing to him, as well as its proximity to nature. His family has lived in Oregon for five generations, and he is proud to continue this legacy.
 
Brody takes pride in his work and excels in fast-paced, stressful environments. Through his diligence and attentive communication, he is able to inspire confidence and reassurance within his clients. Brody conducts his negotiations fairly and firmly, always advocating for his clients with tact and professionalism. In 2019, he was named Best Newcomer and Associate Co-Broker Champion at his previous brokerage. He was also selected as a member of the 2022 class for Oregon REALTORS® Oregon Leadership Academy.
 
Brody attended college at Portland State University, where he studied marketing and advertising with an emphasis on the athletic and outdoor industry. Formerly a professional disc golfer, Brody is passionate about athletics and runs a local disc golf league called “Tuesday Twos at Orchard Park” in Hillsboro, Oregon. Brody also enjoys golf, tennis, volleyball, and hiking and is a fan of local sports teams, especially the Portland Timbers.

"Brody was an absolutely amazing person to work with. My partner and I had a very tough time grappling with the Portland market. We started out with Brody in 2018 when it was clearly a seller’s market and everything was selling either for 20k+ over asking or selling so quickly that one could barely do the paperwork in time to submit an offer. Unfortunately, the market got tighter. Two frustrating years and 13 offers later, we finally ended up with a fantastic house at an amazing price, too! Brody not only stuck with us, he got us closer and closer to what we truly wanted every time with the situation we were in. Ultimately, we ended up with an excellent house at list price. This would have been impossible without Brody given the unprecedented nature of the market in 2020. In fact, our offer was beat at first. Yet, Brody was able to negotiate with the seller and coach us to make our offer more appealing with certain clauses while also being very mindful of what we were comfortable with, as well as what would be financially smart for us. I cannot stress enough just how essential Brody was in helping us find our ideal home in a time where buyers really shouldn’t bother.
