A certified Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), she began honing her negotiation talents early—growing up in a family of eight children made it a necessary life skill. Born and raised in Oregon, Theresa’s deep roots in the community and longstanding relationships with other agents give her clients a true edge when it comes to market insights and negotiations. Theresa shares both life and business with her husband and real estate partner, Brian Spear. Together, they stay busy cheering on their 12-year-old daughter at competitive soccer tournaments across the Pacific Northwest.
