With a journey that began in 1993 as an assistant to his mother's real estate business, Sean Shepard has long since established a legacy of clientele through a knowledge of Lake Oswego's luxury real estate market, coupled with a concierge level of customer service. While his expertise spans the entire Portland metro area, the Lake Oswego, West Linn, and Tualatin triangle has long been his backyard!

With a heavy focus on corporate relocation and new construction in his early years, Sean quickly learned to provide a level of service tailored to the more discerning clientele, while still bridging the gap and managing relationships with builders and subcontractors. Now with over two decades as a licensed broker, he has successfully navigated residential and commercial development, condo conversions, new construction, 1031 exchanges for investment properties, corporate relocation for numerous firms, and most importantly, guiding individuals through the purchase and sales of their personal homes!

Sean doesn't have a single client that he couldn't call a friend and often says, "I'm not in a sales business, I'm in a relationship business. My expertise just happens to be used to professionally navigate clients through their transactions.”
