Watching family members find success with rental portfolios while he was growing up led to Ryan’s fascination with real estate.

Born and raised in Oregon City, he earned his degree in marketing from Oregon State University. Prior to his career in real estate, he was a territory sales representative and primarily called on multifamily property management companies.

“Building and nurturing relationships was the lifeblood of my business, and this same mentality has brought me much success in real estate.”

He spent years as a co-owner of a local real estate investment company that specialized in acquiring off-market properties in Oregon and SW Washington. Through this role, he became proficient in providing accurate reports of home valuations from the perspective of someone who bought and sold investment properties.

“During my time flipping houses, I frequently found myself connecting with sellers just to hand them off to a Realtor because that was actually in their best interest. This inspired me to get my license.”

Compassionate, thoughtful and personable, Ryan has found being an active listener and reliable communicator goes a long way in establishing relationships with those he serves. Being married to an interior designer also comes in handy; he has learned some valuable things from her that benefit his clients.

Fun fact: Ryan is a huge Blazer fan. “I was actually lucky enough to be at Game 5 when Damian Lillard made his famous, series-clinching shot to beat OKC in the playoffs!”

Ryan currently resides in Beaverton with his wife, Meghan, their dog Oliver, and their cat Lucy. When he’s not working, he enjoys recreational sports like golfing, skiing, and basketball. He and Meghan will often get together with friends and family to watch sports or play games, attend concerts, and check out new local restaurants.
