"I have a deep love for the Oregon Coast, as well as the beautiful views of Mount Hood. We truly have the best of both worlds. One of my favorite spots to visit is Cannon Beach."

After earning her degree in Organizational Communication from University of Portland, Katie spent many years working as a manager at Nordstrom. "I truly believe that my background and experience there shaped me into the person I am today. I work from a client-first mindset, and I believe that quality service is of utmost importance."

She then embarked on her path as a real estate professional in 2019. Drawn to real estate because of her background in client service, she is motivated by working shoulder-to-shoulder with her buyers and sellers to help them achieve their goals. Whether helping seasoned homeowners sell a property or introducing buyers to their first purchase, Katie is committed to working with her clients diligently throughout the process.

"I pride myself on my ability to communicate clearly and effectively so my buyers and sellers can feel confident and reassured from beginning to end." Katie still resides in her hometown of Happy Valley, OR with her young son and an adopted cat named Henley. When not working, she loves spending time with her son, heading to the gym, and spending time in the kitchen. "I love to cook just about anything, but I make a great lasagna!"
