Originally from Eastern Oregon near the Snake River, Eric has now been in the Portland area since 2007. He loves the proximity to both the coast and the mountains and spends a lot of his time during the winter months at Mt. Hood.

Communicative, diligent, personable and relatable, Eric spent more than 20 years in fitness as a trainer, in sales, and in gym management. Through this experience, he learned well how to seek out solutions, a trait that enables him to serve his clients well.

Why the switch to real estate? "It allows me to work with people at a time when they need it the most," he says. "The relationships that real estate allows me to build are at the core of my heart." In addition, he enjoys the mobility and freedom inherent to this line of work.

Eric resides near Murray Hill in Beaverton with his sweet kitty, Orchid. When not working, he likes to camp and hike in the mountains, snowboard, spend time in the gym, and cook.
