Sue grew up in Beaverton, the fifth in a family of six girls, and graduated from the University of Portland with a degree in business management. After working in sales of commercial financing, she enjoyed many years staying home with her children before entering the real estate profession in 2016.

Sue understands the market and the process and can help both buyers and sellers. “I love to learn, and that translates into a well-informed agent. Working with first-time homebuyers is very rewarding.” Remembering vividly how confusing and overwhelming her own initial homebuying experience was 30 years ago, she takes pride in bringing clients through transactions with their confidence intact. “I really find earning their trust and leading people through this stressful time to the ultimate outcome exciting.”

In addition to working her own sphere, Sue assisted the two top producers at her brokerage for the first two years as an agent, which gave her great experience establishing strong working relationships with clients. In fact, she developed a relationship with one extended family that led to eight separate transactions. “They call me their ‘private agent!’”

Now living in the Bethany area, Sue enjoys spending time with her large, close family, including her two young adult children, Jack and Eloise. She also loves wine tasting with friends and is an avid reader of fiction.
