"Good Afternoon Opt Team, I wanted to provide the positive feedback from my experience working with Sindos Searty. I am a first time home owner and this was a very big chapter to tackle alone. Thank goodness for an agent like Sindos, I did not feel alone during any step toward finalizing this sale. She listened to all my concerns. She jumped into action to seek out the information I requested, every single time, and there was a lot as I opted to absorb the risk of purchasing a condo awaiting structural repairs from my HOA. Through her expertise and experience, she helped shed light on items I never would’ve looked further into, such as the 41 year old hvac system, so we were able to better negotiate a premium home warranty with the seller as well as credits. On the final walk-through, we caught one of the two front door locks were not latching, which caused me great concern, as that indicated the locked door was not actually working since it would not latch. The seller’s agent was dismissive and disrespectful, mansplained that I as the buyer, a single female, does not need this fixed as the property is in a gated community. This was hurtful, and after we received his response, Sindos thought on her toes and worked up a solution within ten minutes to get this fixed before the closing, which was the following day. As a buyer, and as a woman, Sindos was definitely who I needed in my corner. She truly was a Godsend.
