Sherry bent over backwards to make sure the home was safe, structurally sound, and attended to, so we weren't left sitting on important things like radon, or a broken sewer line, to do all on our own. She went back to the table to negotiate that all of the fixes were attended to, before we moved in. She had told us a date we aimed at for closing and getting our keys, and she NAILED IT! Thousands of dollars of repairs were completed in less than two weeks because she handled THEM ALL! We just had to pack and get moved. It was such a blessing to have all of that taken care of without having to plan anything or lift a finger. Sherry is a GOAT amongst realtors. Truly. I can't imagine working with anyone else, and I will always recommend her. We are so thankful for her hard work!"
