With more than a decade of real estate experience and over 35 years as a Hillsboro resident, Pat Robison brings unmatched local expertise and deep-rooted community connections to every client he serves. As past president of the Hillsboro Rotary Club and Chairperson for the Hillsboro 4th of July Parade, Pat has cultivated a vast network of local connections from city, county, and chamber of commerce leadership to small business owners, contractors, nonprofits, and countless vendors. His extensive network allows him to provide a seamless, stress-free experience for his clients. Pat leverages his local market knowledge to help sellers price their homes competitively, market them effectively, and negotiate the best possible terms.

Before real estate, Pat started his career as an engineer in advanced medical technology as a CAT scan repairman — servicing CAT scanners and MRI systems — honing his ability to simplify and explain complex systems. Today, he applies that same approach in real estate, expertly guiding his clients through the intricacies of the market with ease and clarity. Specializing in Washington County and Yamhill County, Pat is committed to helping his clients find their perfect home, whether it’s in the Beaverton-Hillsboro-Forest Grove area, West Portland, McMinnville, or anywhere in between. Known for his availability and reliability, Pat’s clients appreciate his clear communication and willingness to go the extra mile for both buyers and sellers. He is also currently working toward his Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation to further enhance his service to homebuyers.

When he’s not working, Pat enjoys exploring the local food scene with his wife and advocating for Hillsboro’s vibrant downtown community. Together, they share their home with two rescue cats, Henry and Alice. Though Pat no longer rides a motorcycle, in the past he explored all of Oregon and the Pacific Northwest on his bike riding over 100,000 miles across the U.S. and Canada. He once embarked on a Four Corners motorcycle ride visiting all four corners of the continental U.S. in just 21 days.
