Operations Coordinator and Executive Assistant
Molly Burke is Opt's Operations Coordinator and brings a people-first approach to everything she does. With a background in education and administrative support, she’s naturally organized, thoughtful, and always focused on helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Before moving into operations, Molly spent several years working in early education. That experience helped her build strong multitasking skills, patience, and adaptability, all of which continue to shape how she approaches her work today.
Molly enjoys creating and maintaining systems that make day-to-day work easier, while always keeping people at the center of the process. She is known as a reliable team player who’s quick to step in and support others whenever needed.
Outside of work, Molly loves spending time with family and friends. Many weekends are spent cheering on her niece’s competitive basketball team or attending Winterhawks games with her mom.
