Lynae Forbes brings more than three decades of real estate leadership experience to Opt Real Estate. She previously served as President of Hasson Company Realtors and played a pivotal role in the company’s merger with Cascade Sotheby’s. Most recently, she served as Chief Compliance Officer at Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s International Realty. Her deep expertise as a legal liaison with a focus on education and risk management, will be invaluable as Opt continues to elevate its standards and support agents at the highest level.

Throughout her career, Lynae has led strategic growth initiatives, strengthened brokerage operations, and built scalable systems designed to support high-performing agents. Her experience includes overseeing the development and build-out of flagship offices, guiding market expansion into new regions, and leading recruiting and operational launch efforts during periods of rapid growth.

Lynae has also demonstrated steady leadership during challenging market cycles, taking on expanded responsibilities during the recession by managing multiple branch offices while serving in a company-wide leadership role.
