As Director of Transactions, Kylee Hernandez leads the listing and transaction teams at Opt, ensuring every detail is handled with precision from launch to close. She oversees the systems, processes, and people that keep deals moving forward—eliminating friction, solving problems early, and creating consistency across every transaction.

Kylee drives operational excellence across the brokerage, building streamlined processes, elevating team performance, and proactively removing obstacles before they impact the client experience. Known for her sharp attention to detail and proactive approach, she helps turn complex transactions into smooth, well-executed experiences.

At Opt, where high standards and client experience come first, Kylee plays a critical role in delivering the seamless, detail-driven service the brokerage is known for.

Outside of work, she loves traveling—having recently checked a lifelong dream off her list by visiting the Maldives—baking, and spending time outdoors with her energetic Australian shepherd/heeler. Born and raised in Oregon, she enjoys exploring new places and trying out some of the best local food spots with her husband.
