As a Transaction Manager at Opt Real Estate, Kristin Hart brings a thoughtful, service-first approach to every transaction. With a background in business-to-business sales in the employee benefits industry, she discovered early on that helping people and building strong relationships was the most rewarding part of her work. That passion for service, combined with a longtime interest in real estate and interior design, led her to transition into the real estate industry.

Kristin began as a real estate assistant before advancing to operations manager for a successful real estate group, gaining hands-on experience in every stage of the transaction process. From listing preparation and marketing to transaction management, repair coordination, closing preparation, and ongoing client care, she understands what it takes to keep every detail moving smoothly from start to finish.

Drawing on her experience across every stage of the transaction process, Kristin brings exceptional organization, communication, leadership, and customer service to her role as a Transaction Manager. As part of Opt's Transaction Management team, she helps ensure every transaction stays on track while creating a smooth, consistent experience for both agents and their clients.

Kristin earned her degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from University of Portland. Originally from Boston, she has called the Portland area home for most of her life. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, especially historical fiction, following her favorite sports teams including the Blazers, Patriots, and Celtics, exploring interior design and architecture, and traveling to visit friends and family across the country.
