Kevin Donahue is a seasoned real estate professional with 25 years of experience, 17 of which have been dedicated to the lending side as a wholesale lender, senior loan officer, and private and hard money lender/broker. His vast experience allows him to save clients time and money by expertly guiding them to the best programs, rates, and resources to meet their unique lending needs. Kevin's deep understanding of the new construction home buying process and its financial aspects further sets him apart from his peers.

Kevin is married to Claire, a committed public-school teacher with 22 years of service. Together, they have a blended family of five children: Carly (22), Ella (20), Grant (18), Andrew (16), and August (4). While four of the children are from Claire's previous marriage, Kevin has played an integral role in their lives as a hands-on stepfather, coach, and friend over the last nine years.

Outside of his professional life, Kevin is a well-known and respected umpire in youth, high school, and college-level baseball across the Portland area and throughout the Pacific Northwest. In 2024 alone, he umpired more than 250 games, earning recognition as one of the most prominent figures in the sport today. Kevin is also an active member of the Milwaukie Elks Club, and a proud owner of a French Mastiff named Big Poppy, affectionately renamed after the Red Sox legend, Big Papi.
