After first navigating the home-buying process as a client, Jon ultimately joined the business himself in order to give others an elevated experience. He has now helped hundreds of people buy and sell homes, both in the Portland metro area as well as in Atlanta, GA.

Before the Pacific Northwest, Jon lived in Mississippi, South Carolina, Louisiana, Alabama, the DC metro, Georgia, and all over Florida. “Portland has a character unlike any place I’ve ever been, and really grabbed my attention upon first visiting almost 10 years ago,” he says. “Embracing the creative, eschewing the corporate, supporting the marginalized, standing up to injustice, welcoming folks from all walks of life...these are just a few aspects of the ‘Portland spirit’ that spoke loudly to me.”

He’s also enamored with Portland’s food scene, incredible local breweries and wineries, and nature that “seems too beautiful to be real.”

After graduating from the University of Florida with a psychology degree, Jon was a freight broker for 15 years before his decade in the real estate sector. Critical to his success in logistics was truly understanding his customers’ needs and designing solutions to meet them while staying within budget.

Jon makes his home in the Parkrose neighborhood of NE Portland. He spends his free time hiking, eating, and exploring local independent cinemas. He also loves to travel and often spends about a month a year in Mexico.
