“I enjoy the variety of new situations and challenges,” he says. “It is so rewarding to help people with such an impactful decision as selling or buying a home.”

Currently residing in the Kerns neighborhood of Portland, Joel might be found at one of Portland’s excellent restaurants, taking in a film at a local theater, or relaxing outdoors on a nice day. He also enjoys travel, reading, cooking, and gardening.

Joel loves hiking in the Columbia River Gorge, wine tasting in the Willamette Valley, exploring Mount Hood, and taking in the ocean air on the Oregon Coast. “I still have a crush on Oregon. I love the creative culture, fantastic food and beverage scene, and natural beauty.”
