Greg takes pride in empowering potential home buyers and sellers achieve their goals in real estate. "I love meeting and talking to new people and helping them with my knowledge and insight into the local real estate market.”
"I know that in this industry there can be a lot of mistrust and second guessing," acknowledges Greg. "Is the agent representing you really looking out for you? Do they truly have your best interests at heart? Real estate to me isn't a sales job. I'm not trying to get you into a home and move onto the next. I sincerely consider you as my client as a friend, and the advice or service I provide to you is no different than someone I have known since childhood."
Since Greg's start in real estate back in 2013, he has gained experience with all sorts of different clients and transactions including first timers, short sales, high end, investments and more. He has found that success in this field means combining the best uses of technology, negotiation, knowledge and tireless effort.
"It's often hard to balance a full-time job with the stresses and work it takes to find and purchase your dream home. So I strive every day to take that weight off your shoulders and help you get into that place where you can put your feet up, kick back and relax knowing you made the right choice."
Originally from Michigan, Greg grew up visiting family in the Pacific Northwest and ultimately chose to make this area his home, loving everything about the area from the beautiful scenery and outdoor activities to the great restaurants and community feel of the Portland neighborhoods.
He resides in the Mountain Park area of Lake Oswego. In his free time he loves to travel, do just about anything outdoors, and take advantage of the many local events and festivals.
