I met Chris almost 3 years ago while he was helping my parents relocate from the Midwest. At the time, I was not looking to buy a house because I was renting and didn’t think I could afford to. After talking with Chris and working with him so closely to help out my parents, my boyfriend and I decided to make the leap. Not knowing where to start, Chris met with us after work one day to walk us through the process and answer any questions we had. Obviously one question led to another and I felt like we were bothering him all the time. Chris is patient and kind, and funny to boot. He never made us feel like a burden. We looked at A LOT of houses (mainly because I’m picky) and he never once blew us off or got frustrated. I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s knowledgeable, he’s great at negotiating and he’s really good at keeping his client’s feet on the ground when they feel like they are about to spiral. Chris was recommended to me after he helped my sister and her partner find and buy their house. He was so thoughtful and thorough during the house-hunting process and he knows the value of the property, not just what it's listed for. He helped me avoid some less desirable properties as well as know what to look for pricewise in today's insane market. Not only did my sister get the first house she offered on, but I did as well, and it was solely because of Chris. He knows how to make both the buyers and the sellers happy to do business together and I wouldn't have the amazing home I'm in today without him. In addition to helping me find and successfully put an offer on my house, Chris helped me during the entire escrow process. My credit union had a lot of steps and different people for each step and Chris was my main point of contact in dealing with my credit union. He was always ready to answer any questions and available when needed. He clearly explained and prepared me for every step of the process, and it made everything so much easier with his assistance.
