Since 2014, Eric’s career has spanned the field of real estate, with positions in commercial and residential management, project management, off-market acquisitions, and education.

“Real estate captivated me as a unique and efficient path to financial independence.” After studying and reading all he could, his journey began with purchasing an off-market single-family property. It appraised well above the purchase price and cash-flowed immediately.
“This success led me to build a diverse rental portfolio using creative strategies like owner financing and tiny home pads. I knew I wanted to help others, so I started helping friends and family with their real estate investments.”

A problem solver and passionate advocate, he now assists clients at every step of their real estate investing or homeownership journey. Originally from Sacramento, Eric earned his degree in organizational studies from UC Davis, then spent a few years working in real estate in the SF Bay Area. He moved to Portland six years ago: “I have lived in numerous neighborhoods on the east side and love its charm, walkability, and food scene!”
